Opis programu

This Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) aims to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to understand and implement the Learning Factory concept in Vocational Education and Training (VET). The programme focuses on the transition from Industry 4.0 to Industry 5.0, emphasizing the integration of digital technologies, human-centric innovation, and sustainable industrial practices.
Participants will explore how Learning Factories can bridge the gap between theoretical education and real industrial environments. Through a combination of virtual sessions and an intensive in-person programme, participants will engage with advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, robotics, data monitoring systems, and active learning methodologies such as Challenge-Based Learning.
The programme also promotes interdisciplinary collaboration between different fields such as mechatronics, logistics, IT, and business administration. In addition, participants will analyse how educational institutions can collaborate with SMEs and industrial clusters to co-create innovative training solutions that support the green and digital transitions.
The BIP concludes with a practical reflection phase in which participants assess their own institutional context and design an initial action plan to develop or strengthen Learning Factory initiatives in their institutions.

Kryteria: Status Studenta kierunku Automatyka i Robotyka; Średnia za poprzedni semestr studiów; Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B1; Wysoka motywacja do pracy w grupie międzynarodowej;

Korzyści: Minimum 3 punkty ECTS zaliczanych do toku studiów.; Dofinansowanie z programu Erasmus+ (stypendium na wyjazd fizyczny); Międzynarodowe doświadczenie i certyfikat.
